The doctors and staff are always friendly and kind and helpful and very knowledgeable and well trained. What more could a person ask for? My problem is finding the motivation to schedule an appointment. And after my visit I am thankful that I did schedule an appointment. Even though my time is brief during an appointment, the doctors and staff certainly have an impact on me. And once again, I do thank them all.

I was less than 8 minutes late for an appointment. I'm never late, but there was fog, ice, and i had a tore up knee from an injury. I had waited months for this appointment. The blue haired receptionist told me i was late and there is only a 15 minute grace period. I looked at my phone and it had been less than 15 minutes and i had been waiting in line for over 5 to check in. Then she said they might have taken someone else. Makes me wait 10 minutes and then tells me that I'm 15 minutes into a 30 minute appointment and i have to reschedule. Will be taking my business elsewhere after being treated like a child.

Front desk is slow AF!! The old lady forgot to check me in correctly and I sat and waited for an hour!! My doctor looks at me and assumed I had all sorts of health problems! My lab work showed I had perfect health!! STRAIGHT BS!!

Super impressed with Sound! Kind, caring and compassionate! I feel I was FINALLY listened to with my current medical issue by Sound after being given the runaround by another big medical clinic in the area!

Moved to Bonney Lake in 2021 and needed a new PCP. Got an appointment, also got help getting in to their walk-in clinic for my back injury. I received helpful notifications via email/phone, and on the day of my appt., everyone was helpful and effective. This is a well run medical facility!

A few so called Doctor assistants have no knowledge of the medical industry, should not create issues for patients Provided poor services as always in this location.
